This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

Garden Grove is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Garden Grove follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Cute shop/stall in the AR market. I think they use some mixture of rice flour for the batter, which makes it a special kind of crispy. The portions are great. We got the boneless, expecting some pieces to be a little dry but we were thoroughly impressed with how juicy ever piece was. The sweet and spicy is more than just the typical gochujang and corn syrup mix, not too sweet and a good tang. We will be coming back and would recommend this place!

**Located inside AR Supermarket (food court)** LOVE their soy garlic and original fried chicken! Ordered in the counter first then picked up a few grocery items in A.R. Supermarket. The super friendly owner delivered our chicken & ddeobokki to our table and gave us kimchi to try. We really enjoyed the crispy moist delicious chicken and it paired well with the generous serving of ddeobokki loaded with lots of fish cakes. Iβm happy to support this mom & pop business. Very reasonably priced and I canβt wait to return to try the other street food on the menu. The food court is buzzing and there are also tables right outside. Park in the back of the building.

The food is absolutely incredible, some of the best Korean fried chicken I've had, all the sides were delicious, and the owners were super sweet! I got the sweet and spicy chicken and it was actually spicy like I was hoping!

Fantastic, friendliness, courtesy, kind and warm service from a couple that run the stall. It is inside the AR market, at the food hall area. The menu is simple and most are street foods and with good prices for the portion. I ordered 3 pieces of sweet & spicy fried chicken box set (with 3 pieces of fried dumpling & japchae and 2 generous scoops of white rice). It was delish and it comes with kimchi & radish pickles. Just yum!!! The chicken is tender & juicy plus stil crispy even with the wet sauce. I ate all of them except one scoop of riceβ¦too much. Also he gave me an extra piece of chicken (4 instead of 3, how kind & very nice). Once you order, it might take abit also depending if theyβre busy or not since he runs the front, the woman is cooking in the back by herself. But it worth it. I really enjoyed it after I shopped at the market. Will be back to try other foods. The seating area is community area and they do have a separate entrance to go directly instead of through the market.
